Intrinsic?

Just what is intrinsic? According to the Cambridge Dictionary, it’s: “being an extremely important and basic characteristics of a person or thing.” Let’s reflect on this…

Freedom

Freedom is certainly intrinsic in the United States. Ironically, we broke from British tyranny to escape the type of persecution we encounter today. There’ a much- heralded post-modern gibberish called “wokeness”. Its followers will tolerate no other opinion. They are against free speech, true religious freedom (including Christians and Jews), second amendment gun rights, property rights, integration, actual peaceful protest that they don’t agree with, borders, rule of law, fair elections (with voter I.D.), or Western society in general.

Freedom is only granted by God, not the State. It is not guaranteed. It’s not free. Ronald Reagan said it best:

“Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction. We didn’t pass it to our children in the bloodstream. It must be fought for, protected, and handed on for them to do the same, or one day we will spend our sunset years telling our children and our children’s children what it was once like in the United States where men were free.”

Social Media

Social Media (most see as intrinsic) has ever-changing standards. Those skewed standards are often made on a whim by power-drunk executives to see just how much people are willing to be controlled. Self-reliant, free-thinkers aren’t intrinsic to a highly- controlled society. Those folks must be silenced- kept out of social media or well-hidden from the compliant. We have been. Until now…

Limiting free speech stops when we demand it stop. It stops when we actually question what’s going on. It stops when we audit all politicians, not just one (President Trump). It stops with term limits for politicians. It stops when we turn their game on them. It stops when acceptance of fraud and corruption does.

So, sue high tech. Break up their monopolies. We, the people, will always find a better way. That’s the beauty of capitalism- if you don’t like it, walk to the next kiosk…

Government

Honest government is intrinsic to our way of life. When it becomes tyrannical, it must be replaced by vote. To do this, we need absolute confidence in our voting system. We need prosecution of those involved in the massive 2020 election fraud. We need all states to forensically audit every 2020 election. If those original votes were wrong, let’s overturn these elections; get the real winners in office, starting with duly re-elected President Trump. Fraud vitiates everything.

Popular Culture

Popular culture is intrinsic, but only for the lowest common denominator. Six companies control mass media; all in on the one-world government cabal. The art of more adventurous pop music is hard to find because it’s almost impossible to sustain in the “accepted” methods.

For we creative folks, it is intrinsic. Just live to record another day!

Free Spirit

Always chasing a mystery prize.
All varieties in one size.
Swept into the funnel of sale,
Or run out of town on a rail.

Free spirit, eclectic knave.
Absolute, steadfast, brave.
Clearly on the edge of fate
Ready for lift-off-sure and straight.

Just like painting with a broom,
Another bust becomes a boom.
Sadness fades, tears will dry
Free spirit sailing through the sky.

How?

How did things get so out-of-hand?

There are many factors.

Career Politicians

Let’s start with career politicians… Our country’s founders’ original intent was to be a limited time a legislator could serve.Then, he/she would have to return to live under the very laws they helped create. He/she would not have life-long tax payer funded benefits, either. Yes, he/she must work just like the people who voted them into office. Imagine that! We must have term limits.

The longer politicians are in Washington, the more likelihood of enriching themselves of the spoils of their “victory”. It’s a self-perpetuating graft machine. How does someone in office amass millions of dollars from their somewhat modest Congressional income? Insider trading, payoffs, etc. Let’s audit all of them. While you’re at it, audit the Fed, too.

With that money comes power. No wonder they don’t ever leave! They’re powerholics and need to dictate to the “little” people so they’ll feel important.

Schools

How did public schools get so awful?

Let’s start with teachers’ unions… They tend to be communist-leaning entitled, tenured, and untouchable. They control your children. Students are being taught things they are way too young to have exposure to: sex, racism, politics, etc. So, let the parents decide. They have been denied power in their children’s education. The young do not belong to the State (even though the left-wingers think they do).

Former bomb-planting terrorists of the 60’s became academics. They nestled in their administrative cocoons while sowing seeds of communism into the young and impressionable. They made a very comfortable living subverting the educational system. Overloading our system became part of their system.

Schools are teaching prejudicial and even false history to destroy truth and replaced by communist propaganda. They are only giving one-sided explanations; never letting an opposing viewpoint be heard. How’s that for “tolerance”? Where does critical thinking come in? Where are the choices. Where’s free speech?

There are many good teachers who are caught up in this, but it has to stop. Let the money follow the students wherever they and their parents decide (even follow it back home if verifiable criteria are met for their home-schooling). Let free market competition actually improve public education. End the teachers’ union. End government unions, too.

Propaganda

Look at all the propaganda we must wade through daily. The major networks are owned by six companies. They are culture’s only gatekeepers. Sounds like anti-trust litigation is in order.

Free speech shall not be impinged. Sue the social media companies until they understand this once and for all.

Fair journalism must be front-and-center.

News, music, movies, literature, etc. must have the highest, not lowest common denominator in mind. The audience isn’t stupid. Thinking allowed.

Religious Persecution

How did we devolve into religious persecution? Unfortunately, it’s always been here. Totalitarian societies use that to replace God with government and split the populace. It’s called “divide and conquer.”

Take away God, and you’re left with a rudderless, no-moral society. The United States of America was founded on a Covenant with God. We are a Christian country, endowed by our Creator. Our persecution will not prevent His truth.

History

How did we allow anarchists and communists to tear down statues, cancel, and rewrite history? Politically-correct mob rule to achieve this must not be tolerated. If people don’t know where they came from, they won’t know where they are headed. Schools and media are spreading lies. Don’t listen.

So…

So, where do we go from here? Seek the truth. Seek knowledge. Seek God.

Free Speech-Part 3, Winter Soldier Video

Ending Attacks on Free Speech

After years of watching Socialists, Communists, Fascists, etc. completely stifle free speech and free thought in schools and media, we finally have a President who is ending attacks on free speech. College campuses especially are no longer places for lively debate. If you are white, conservative, Christian, over 50, you have no platform to speak. I won’t be subjected to the violence others spew on social media while people with my point of view are racist, haters, etc. Talk about bullies! This blog contains Part 2 of my ongoing narrative about free speech.

President Trump At CPAC 2019

President Donald Trump at CPAC March 2, 2019 said:

“We reject oppressive speech codes, censorship, political correctness and every other attempt by the hard left to stop people from challenging ridiculous and dangerous ideas. These ideas are dangerous,” Trump said. “Instead we believe in free speech, including online and including on campus.

“Today I’m proud to announce that I will be very soon signing an executive order requiring colleges and universities to support free speech if they want federal research grants….”

“If they want our dollars, and we give it to them by the billions, they’ve got to allow people like Hayden (Hayden Williams, the young conservative assaulted recently at UC Berkley) and many other great young people and old people to speak. Free speech. If they don’t, it will be very costly.”

I will no longer be silent about my thoughts on President Trump. He will fight for my right for free speech. That’s why I love America and I will die for that right. There will no longer be a doubt who I support from now on. I support President Trump because he has clearly shown me that I as an individual, my right for free speech is as important to him as it is to me. Call us racists?-NO!-LOOK IN THE MIRROR!!! DO THE RESEARCH!!!

Just the Start

This is just the start. We are in the midst of a great awakening. People are starting to see what’s going on and they are demanding changes from the people who are data-mining them, as well as the government that they fork over ever-increasing taxes to.

I’m not the only person to leave the big search engine and social media. We won’t be back unless and until the playing field is leveled. As far as government is concerned-TERM LIMITS!

Say what you will, but so will I. I support individual freedom, not violent mobs. I stand with President Trump. That’s my choice. God Bless America!

Winter Soldier Video

I wrote a couple of earlier blogs about constructing my composition, now it’s time to produce and release my “Winter Soldier” video.

First, lets go back to where we left off. I had the lyrics and worked out the vocals. Then, I recorded them, along with some guitar- a little rhythm and some slide run through my Amplitube 4 plugin. Next, I mixed down to a 24-bit master wav file.

I took the finished file and dropped it into my Filmora Pro video editing software. I started making videos with Windows Movie Maker, but soon learned about Wondershare Filmora which I now use because of it’s great value and features.

Lastly, I get my videos from Storyblocks Video, there again, for quality and value. I string them together, add some effects, render, and upload to my Vimeo channel. Here is the final video:

From here, I will then release the 9 minute single of “Winter Soldier” on DistroKid.
